Fun Fact: there are 11 podiatry conferences scheduled for the second weekend in November.
Eleven.
All stacked on top of each other like a bad game of Jenga.
Put yourself in the shoes of a potential exhibitor. Whether the company is THE BIGGEST PODIATRY SUPPLIER to ever exist or the company is Mom and Pop from Down the Block, this is a nightmare.
Not even Big Poppa can support all the events happening that weekend.
Some of those conferences are gonna miss out on hosting the companies their attendees will be looking for.
Come on people. Use your resources. Don't schedule with blinders on.
Don't assume that your conference is the only one considering a weekend in November.
This is why the PodiatryMeetings.com calendar exists. And, why as meeting planners, we need to work collaboratively. Not in competition with each other.
