If you were at the National in Nashville this month, you may have heard some commotion at Booth #627. Here’s are some reminder images:
We had so much booth traffic that many of our colleagues stated that when they choose their booth placement for another show, they are going to try to get right next to us.
We love that! One of our main goals is to serve as exhibit hall “ambassadors” and encourage more foot traffic for all of you!
But, you can take a note out of our playbook and create your own, unique splash.
Exhibitors are always trying to brainstorm on new, creative ways to get more activity at their booths. We have found that DPMs simply like to have fun! Weird, right???? This whole time, they’ve been human!!!
When we found out the National was going to be in Nashville, we pulled out the stops, utilized our standard booth (no new display or tablecloth) and simply jazzed it up to create a special vibe for the meeting.
NOTE: PEOPLE LOVE CARDBOARD CUTOUTS!!
We thought our “body double” cutouts were the end-all-be-all of tradeshow booth flair; turns out Dolly Parton is much more fabulous that us!
In the coming weeks, Ann and I are going to be drafting a case study about our efforts at the APMA National… from our brainstorming and planning stages, to the implementation on site. But we can tell you without having to think heavily on it – when you bring energy, excitement, entertainment and amusement to your booth… you may just start to see an uptick in your meeting ROI.
