The report stresses the importance of well-trained booth staff who can facilitate meaningful face-to-face connections. Additionally, it suggests using interactive and hands-on product displays, as well as integrating educational content to deepen engagement. While innovation can be challenging, especially for exhibitors attending few shows, the report highlights that those who adapt their tactics to evolving attendee needs see the best results.
