DO MORE THAN FOLLOW-UP CALLS AND EMAILS
Schedule a post-show webinar with the show hot leads.
Reflect on the conference and think about the most common questions and/or conversations you had throughout the weekend.
Implement a short Q&A session on a platform like Zoom with all the leads you acquired; it could turn into a really good focus group for you!
Ask a DPM brand champion to be in attendance to share his/her experience, help answer questions from a practicing physician, and sing your praises
Offer extension of show special for the next 24 hours
