EXHIBITOR COMMENTS
Overall Satisfaction Comments
Not bad. We attend every year and will attend in 2022.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Attendance and traffic to the exhibit hall was poor at best. The decision to reduce show hours limited opportunities to speak with attendees and negatively impacted the results typically driven at this meeting. I am questioning the need to further support this meeting in the future.
-2018 EXHIBITOR
For a national meeting it was disappointing.
-2019 EXHIBITOR
For the APMA to be the national meeting, it was disappointing. The APMA needs to figure out how to increase attendance and get the docs more engaged in the exhibit hall.

Overall Satisfaction Comments
I enjoyed the meeting
-2021 ATTENDEE
Ok for Covid times, but not after. Not attending next year, but not for spite.
-2021 ATTENDEE
Nice to get back to in person conferences.

It was fine. Still think the evening session is a waste of time.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Over all, I was satisfied. Well run and organized.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Very slow foot traffic and much less vendors. Hours very short and spread over 3 days. Huge expense
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Great to be back in person. Vendor hall hours were too short leading to a lot of downtime.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Communication from APMA staff was good
-2019 EXHIBITOR
Not bad but scheduling sessions during lunch killed any traffic in the exhibit hall
-2019 EXHIBITOR
About what we expected. Hoped more would attend the in-person portion but do understand why the numbers were low.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
I was under the impression that this would be the first primarily live trade event of 2021 but was informed the day of set up that 350 attendees were still virtual. The virtual options for exhibitors were less than optimal so effectively we were only able to interact with 60% of the audience we were expecting.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
I would like to have seen more Doctors visiting the exhibit hall.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
about 1/3 usual was expecting more live.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Attendance was as expected for first big meeting back. Low but quality. Good to be back in a vendor hall.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Very low attendance for a National meeting
-2019 EXHIBITOR
Podiatry faces some tough decisions on their meetings. As more clinicians elect to stay home and get credits online, state and national organizations will be hard pressed to come up with new ideas to incentivize the docs to attend a conference. And with more clinicians joining larger multi practices, they don’t have the flexibility to attend meetings as they once did.
-2019 EXHIBITOR
Very slow hall traffic and lower numbers of attendees than what was reported.
-2019 EXHIBITOR
I would give it a C plus. Not bad but not great. The docs should have come in to the hall more. It took time, effort and money to attend, especially after not having live events for so long or often.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Considering it was low turn out of Doctors, its going to contribute to low traffic
-2021 EXHIBITOR
about 1/3 usual was expecting more live.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Traffic was great during happy hour. OK on Friday and slow on Saturday. Would have loved to have had more events in the hall to drag people in more frequently.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Friday was very, very slow. Certainly no need to go to 6pm.
-2019 EXHIBITOR
Very slow hall traffic for the most part. Thursday was the best day. Saturday was dead!
-2019 EXHIBITOR
No problems but the evening session is a waste of time, jmo.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Appreciated the shorter show hours but would have liked to see more opportunities to interact with customers and prospects.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Only 11 hours of exhibiting spread over 3 days.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Friday hall hours were far too short.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Too many hours and no enough doctors. No reason to have exhibitors in their booth til 6pm.
-2019 EXHIBITOR
Hours were fine.
-2019 EXHIBITOR
OK, but they shouldn’t schedule sessions during lunch.

NO COMMENTS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Cost is reasonable. No complaints
-2021 EXHIBITOR
It’s a national show so you are going to overpay for a booth going in
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Reasonable
-2019 EXHIBITOR
The property was nice but far removed from everything else. They certainly had a captive audience.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Location was nice but far from Denver so we were almost forced to stay onsite. Hotel F&B are always more expensive than venturing out so the lack of proximity to other options, left us spending more on meals and entertainment.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
The hotel was spectacular but the availability of restaurants were limited.
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Again crazy expensive all in but we knew going in and we got boatloads of Marriot points
-2021 EXHIBITOR
Despite the comments from some attendees, I enjoyed SLC very much.
-2019 EXHIBITOR
Reasonable

Far away from any other places of interest.
-2021 ATTENDEE
More signs and info to identify room locations. Keep place to scan badges in the same place during the entire meeting. It was too hard to find scanners outside of the vendor hall.
-2021 ATTENDEE
Not very many doctors present in live sessions each day. But the format, management and organizational components were good.
-2021 ATTENDEE
Meeting content were great
-2021 ATTENDEE
Have more practice management lectures. Have virtual training that staff can watch while doctors are away at conference
-2021 ATTENDEE
The presenters, topics and presentations were very good.
-2021 ATTENDEE
Wide range of topics, a few too many lectures of Charcot surgery, many thing duplicated. Loved the dermoscopy and biopsy lab.
-2021 ATTENDEE
They tried, but the meeting was esoteric, high level stuff that didn’t inform my practice much. I’m sure they get complaints from the other side as well.
-2021 ATTENDEE
Adequate hours were offered
-2021 ATTENDEE
There was 29.5 credits which was amazing for the cost. Wide range of topics
-2021 ATTENDEE
Just keeping my credits up for my license.
-2021 ATTENDEE
Very reasonable for the amount of credits, about $10 per credit.
-2021 ATTENDEE
Okay
-2021 ATTENDEE
Liked the no cost of being at home. Hated being at home and unable to do anything but hang out at the computer
-2021 ATTENDEE
The hotel cost was fine, the extra costs, resort fee and parking fees were a little outrageous
-2021 ATTENDEE
The location was too secluded. It should be in an area where other restaurants and activities can be accessed.
-2021 ATTENDEE
Very family friendly resort and good bar-restaurants
-2021 ATTENDEE
Lots of exhibitors and good variety as well
-2021 ATTENDEE
Nice variety of exhibitors
-2021 ATTENDEE
Online commercials only. Unable to grab the product and talk to people.
