Overall Satisfaction Comments
The last 4-5 years attending this show it has become progressively worse. The average age of DPM’s is very high so not a whole lot of younger doctors around. Exhibit Hall traffic is bad and you see the same people there every year. Location might need to change to spice things up or have a better schedule. It’s going to be tough because online credits are what everyone wants to do now. Not much need to go to an expensive conference.

We liked the new MPC app – it was very helpful.

The days and times have changed over the years yielding less Doctors signing up for the conference and less efforts to drive the Doctors into the exhibit hall with less unopposed hours. The cost of the booth always seems to go up however with less and less leads and sales each year.

Attendance seems to be dropping the last couple of years due to many reasons.

Very good traffic – our busiest day was Wednesday.

Even though they scan badges in the exhibitor hall, it would be great if they could try and convince more Docs to walk through

Very poor. The attendees run into the exhibit hall to get scanned then leave or just socialize with friends. Little interest in vendors.

Change in floor plan as well as the other changes mentioned leave little traffic

We were unsure how the schedule change would be received but it seem fine. Wednesdays scheduled exhibit hall closure in the afternoon was pointless. We stayed at our booth because our booth traffic did not stop. There was grumbling about the reception Wednesday evening and the cost of the drinks.

We really like the Wednesday thru Friday hours. Need to make Thursday more attractive to the doctors to come to the exhibit hall.

Starting the conference on Wednesday did not seem to work well for the attendees. Many did not know about the date changes and other chose not to attend due to the conference schedule.

Taking away the Saturday and only having it during the week doesn’t leave the doctors much of a choice as to not show up since it’s an extra day out of the office.

they had some live cadaver demonstrations which were on the screen and much more easily seen than when we all huddle around a table. Some very interesting speakers from Germany on a spiral physical therpy which was completely new to me and very intriguing. A great dermatology speaker..I have already utilized her information in my practice. much more valuable and interesting that the usual fare of variations on a surgical technique or surgeries very few of us ever perform.

my onlynegative comment is that they advertised 1 hour cme for viewing the poster exhibits and I went through twice but never found anybody to scan so never received those two hours

Hotel rooms and parking were very expensive , especially since I took my entire staff
