EXHIBITOR COMMENTS

Overall Satisfaction Comments

“This was our first virtual tradeshow experience. It was a good learning experience. We will participate in the sponsorship in the future and give a presentation.”

“I loved it. I’d pay more for more exclusivity in our product category. Smaller shows often have 1 vendor/category”

– 2020 EXHIBITOR

“Although we have not participated in past virtual shows, the reason why PodExpo stood out was value for the dollar and the unique approach. Having a standard chat session for $500 is not appealing so your inclusion of swag bags, raffle prizes and the virtual booth was the “money shot”. Although we did not have great engagement with our booth from a questions or 1-1 interaction standpoint, we did secure leads through Bingo and samples that were about in line with what we experienced at live shows. Overall I think you ladies did a great job but will have to continue to raise the bar as I am sure others will try to replicate your vision.”

“The only reason we said we wouldn’t participate again is because there was very low engagement. I wish we had more people asking questions or making comments during the live event versus the questions we received days later. Maybe you could have a stipulation of the bingo token being that they have to say hi, ask a question, or engage live with the booth. I liked that we had a list of people that visited the page and the comments/inquiries we received were great! Email notification of a comment was good so we didn’t have to stand by on the website the whole day, just wish there was more comments!”

“Totally happy with the booth, we loved that portion of it. Communicating with the attendees was a bit more challenging, in other conferences we have had the ability to know when attendees enter the booth and that gave us the opportunity to engage them at that time and start a conversation when maybe they wouldn’t have said anything. We used LiveChat for the conference and were very happy with the way it worked BUT we were not given a report at the end which wasn’t ideal.”

“Working with this team was 5-star. It was very organized on what was expected, I received very professional reminders on missing items, and questions were answered quickly. High level of communication – excellent work.”

PHYSICIAN/ATTENDEE COMMENTS

Overall Satisfaction Comments

“This was a well organized and executed virtual meeting linking doctors and vendors up with a terrific keynote speaker.”

– 2020 PHYSICIAN ATTENDEE

“My only comments are the following: 1- wish it was clear, that the live presentations would be on EST (for those of us in other timezones) 2- wish we had itinerary with times for lectures to be better able to plan and manage the day 3- wish information on event was more clear that we could have watched these presentations on our time after work, instead of trying to carve out time during work hours. 4- other online events had CMEs attached and still had vendors do their presentation; perhaps this can be done in future. 5- last not everyone drinks coffee or does cocktails so the “gift” could perhaps be something else next year like a discount code for a podiatric product for example.”

– 2020 PHYSICIAN ATTENDEE

“Thank you for orchestrating this first virtual vendor event. I was very pleased and appreciated the vendors as well as the show promotions they offered. I also appreciated them offering the door prizes. I hope I won! One of the recommendations I would suggest is maybe offer the event in the evening, after office hours, or weekend. I actually had to take off work to be able to attend this meeting.”

“Yes!”

“yes”

“The structure and layout of the program was unique and inviting. I feel it was the closest thing to a in person show as I have seen. The focus on delivering valuable marketing content was a worthwhile change and something that allowed us to look at how we approach our business overall.”

“We were super excited about this trade show because the customization was much better than the one we participated in prior. I really like the different options on designing the booth and the media options that were available.”

“Absolutely.”

“Yes, I thought the booth was one of the best we have done so far, loved the customization and it really let us showcase our brands/products/etc.”

“Yes; it was the first time we’d worked on a virtual booth, so the development took more time than it will for future virtual booths.”

“Awful compared to PodiatryExpo.”

“The trade show we did prior didn’t have the customization features your show had. It also had very low engagement and didn’t have the Bingo present either. It was also much more expensive.”
